Tart Blueberry Butter 1 c Blended blueberries (whip berries in a food processor Or blender until smooth)
Heat blended blueberries to a boil in a saucepan; turn heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches desired thickness. Yields 1/3 cup.
