Amerettini and Fresh Fruit Desert 2 155 ml Chantilly Cream
500 g Summer fruit compote
250 g Raspberries
150 g Amarettini biscuits
Garnish
1 Sprig mint
Wash the fresh raspberries and put to one side.
Take 4 individual glasses and layer the cream and summer fruit compote mixture with the fresh raspberries and Amarettini biscuits.
Decorate with a sprig of mint.
