Blueberry Cream Pie Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 9 Inch
8 Ounces Cream Cheese -- softened
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Pint Blueberries
3 Tablespoons Apple Jelly
Combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl, and mix well.
Whip cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spoon filling into crust.
Arrange blueberries on top. Heat jelly in pan and using pastry brush,
glaze top of pie with jelly. Chill 3-4 hours.
