Huckleberry Buckle

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter


Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and mix well. Sift flour, salt and baking powder and add alternately with the milk. Add blueberries. Pour into 8 inch cake pan. Mix topping and cover top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
