Berried Delight

3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/8 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted margarine
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/8 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. Cool Whip, divided
1 pt. raspberries, washed and drained (or strawberries)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (sm. box)
1 1/4 c. cold milk

Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/8 cup sugar, melted margarine, and nuts. Press firmly into 8 inch square dish and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool. Beat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons, milk, and 1/8 cup sugar until smooth. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and spread mixture over the crust. Spread the raspberries over mixture. Make the instant pudding according to directions, but only use 1 1/4 cup milk. Pour into pan. Chill several hours or overnight. Shortly before serving spread 1 cup Cool Whip over pudding and garnish with additional berries.
