Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

2 c. pretzels, crushed not too fine
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. oleo
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Mix together in a 9 x 13 pan the pretzels, sugar and oleo. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add the marshmallows and Dream Whip. Spread this over the pretzel crust. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and add the frozen strawberries; when almost set, pour over the layer crust. Refrigerate.
