Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter, melted
3 tsp. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 med. pkg. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries
2 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water

Mix pretzels, butter, sugar and spread in a cake pan. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg and Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel crust. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, allow to congeal and then add fruit. Pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese. Cool overnight.
