Special Strawberry Bread

3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 tsp. red food coloring
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil

Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl. Make a well. Add strawberries, juice and all oil and eggs. Mix well by hand. Stir in food coloring. Spoon into 2 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cool on racks before removing from pans.
