Special Strawberries

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. Amaretto liqueur (almond extract)
1 qt. very large strawberries

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and Amaretto with electric mixer. Wash and dry berries well. Make 3 slits down into berry from tip toward hull, but do not cut all the way through. Spread apart berry petals to form a flower. With small spoon or pastry bag fitted with large size tip, fill each berry with cheese mixture. Chill. Serve as garnish, or plate with greenery for a light and delicious dessert.
