Raspberry Ambrosia

1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. whipping cream
Fresh grated coconut

Mix marshmallows with raspberries and lemon juice and chill. Whip the cream until it begins to thicken up, fold in chilled mixture just before serving and sprinkle with coconut.
