Party Raspberry Jello

1 (3 oz.) box raspberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. frozen raspberries
1 c. (or less) Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cream cheese. Whip until blended and mixed. Add frozen raspberries. Mix until melted. Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Add Cool Whip. Put into serving bowl. Top with Cool Whip if you want.
