Blueberry Crumble 3 c. blueberries or raspberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. quick cooking oats
1/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Cream or ice cream
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spread berries in square 8 x 8 x 2 inch dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix remaining ingredients, except cream. Sprinkle over berries.
