Blueberry Barbecue Sauce 1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 jalapeno -- seeded and chopped
1 pint fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup water
Saute the onions and jalapeno in olive oil over medium-high heat in a small
saucepan until limp, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and
cook at a low boil for 15 minutes, stirring often. Puree the sauce in a
