Blackberry Catsup

2 cups blackberries
1/2 cup cider vinegar -- .
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Puree blackberries. Discard seeds and skin.

Add all ingredients to a saucepan.

Simmer 15 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
