Berry Trifle Parfait
1 package (3.4 ounce) white chocolate fat-free instant pudding mix such as ]jell-o
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup fat-free golden loaf cubes -- 1/2 inch cubes such as Entenmann's
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Prepare pudding according to package directions. Spoon 1/4 cup
strawberries into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with about 2 1/2
tablespoons pudding, 2 tablespoons golden loaf cubes, and 2 tablespoons
blueberries. Spoon about 2 1/2 tablespoons pudding over blueberries; top
each with 2 tablespoons golden loaf cubes, 1/4 cup raspberries. and about
2 1/2 tablespoons pudding. Cover and chill 2 hours.
Yield: 4 servings.
