Angel Strawberry Delight 1 angel food cake (store bought or homemade)
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Mix together Cool Whip and whipped cream. Remove 2 to 3 cups of this for use later. Slice the strawberries, reserving ten whole ones for decoration. Add a little sugar to the slices strawberries. Divide the angel food cake in half. Mix the sliced strawberries with the 2 to 3 cups of Cool Whip mixture. Spread this on the middle layer of the angel food cake. Replace the top layer of the cake. Frost the cake with the remaining Cool Whip mixture. Decorate the top of the cake with the whole strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
