Berry Dessert Pizza

Sugar
6 tb Lemon curd; divide
2 c Blueberries; divide
2 c Raspberries; divide
Confectioners' sugar

Prepare grill. Divide dough into 6 balls. Sprinkle work surface with small amount of sugar. Roll out pieces into 4" circles. Place dough circles directly on grill. Cover and cook until just golden on bottoms, about 2 minutes. If grill does not have a cover, a disposable foil roasting pan inverted over crusts can be substituted. Remove crusts from grill. Spread 1 tb lemon curd over grilled side of each crust; top each with berries. Return to grill; continue cooking until dough is cooked through and berries have softened slightly, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with confectioners' sugar and immediately remove from grill. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
