Alien Blueberry Muffins 75 g Butter; melted
1 c Milk
1 lg Egg; lightly beaten
2 c Flour
4 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Caster sugar
1 c Blueberries
1/2 c White chocolate melts or chopped white chocolate
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Mix together the melted butter, milk and lightly beaten egg.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine, taking care not to
overmix.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
