Steamed Huckleberry Pudding 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Milk
4 ts Baking powder
2 tb Butter
1 To 2 c. berries as desired
Sauce:
1/4 c Butter
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Milk
2 tb Wine or brandy
Mix dry ingredients (sift together) and working butter, add milk and
berries; steam in greased 1 pound coffee can 1 1/2 hours; serve hot
with sauce.
Take your dried apples, cover them with water and put on to soak.
When they get soft, put them on and let them cook real slow. When
