Berry Pie

1 qt Fresh; washed berries
1 c Sugar
2 1/2 tb Cornstarch
8 oz Cream cheese; softened

Cook 1 cup of the berries (mashed) with the sugar and cornstarch
over low heat until thickened. Set aside and cool completely.
Spread the inside of a cooked pie shell with the softened cream
cheese. Add the uncooked berries. Spread the cooked mixture over
the fresh berries. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
