Port Wine and Raspberry Sauce

1 c Fresh raspberries
1 1/2 c Nonfat yogurt
1/4 c Port wine
2 tb Sugar (optional)

In a food processor, blend all the ingredients until very smooth. Strain, if necessary.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups
