Berry Whip

1 213 gram can blackberries in natural juice; (71/2 oz)
1 450 millilit Fruits of the forest yogurt; (15 fl oz)
2 Egg whites


Drain the juice from the blackberries.

Swirl the fruit and the yogurt together and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Just before serving, whisk the egg whites stiffly and fold them in.

Divide between six bowls.
