Very Blueberry Pie 1 10 inch pie shell, baked
4 c Fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
5 tb Flour
1/4 c Water
Garnish:
Whipped cream Or Non dairy whipped topping
Bring to a boil one cup of blueberries, sugar and 1/2 cup water.
Make a smooth paste of 1/4 cup water and flour. Add to the boiling
mixture. Stir until thickened. Cool. Add remaining three cups of
blueberries and pour mixture into pie shell. Refrigerate.
Serve cold topped with whipped cream or non dairy whipped topping.
