Fresh Strawberry Sorbet 1 qt Strawberries
1/2 c Water
1/4 -(up to) 1/2 c Sugar (to taste; of course)
Combine all in blender or food processor -> puree; pour into
prechilled shallow freezer pan, freeze till solid. Back into the
blender, back into the pan. Repeat three more times, then spoon
mixture into covered freezer container, and freeze until ready to
serve. May need to soften a little, then scoop. Finishes by saying
best served within 24 hours of making.
