Basic Whole Berry Waffle
2 c Soaked berries; wheat, rye, Barley
2 c Water
3 tb Nuts or seeds
1/2 ts Salt
Soak 1 1/4 cups of the berries overnight. Drain. Reserve water to
make the 2 cups needed in the recipe. Blend smooth, 1-2 minutes all
of the other ingredients. Pour into hot iron. Bake 20 minutes.
